It
is time for Halloween once more!
I am not a huge fan of Halloween, like some of my bloggy friends (you know who you are!)
But I do feel a thrill when creating Halloween inspired art!
I loved going out to Trick or Treat as a child, even as a teenager. It
was so much fun to see everyone walking up and down the street dressed
as their favorite character.
I created a pair of *SpooKy* earrings for my friend and I thought I would share how easy it was.
I found this pack of skeletons at Archivers, sprayed them with walnut ink by Tsukinek, drilled a tiny hole in his head (he said he didn't mind...) and inserted a bronze jump ring.
On a bronze headpin I made a eyelet at one end, then slipped on a bead cap, orange crystal bead, a vintage rhinestone and then a Swarovsky green bicone crystal. I closed the end of the wire with another eyelet and then hooked the skeleton to the beads then the entire thingy to the earrings!
