Happy Friday!
Today it really does feel like spring.
Outside early this morning, I checked on my lovely plants and watered them. The first rose has bloomed and it smells so good! The chives are in full bloom, so lovely to look at. The pansies are standing tall and all looking at the sun. They look like a group of people at a Fourth of July fireworks show, all looking to the sky, oooing and aaaahhhing. The peonies are budding and the oregano and thyme are green and happy.
How creative mother nature is! She is always creating something beautiful!
I too am a creator. I love to make things, whether it be a good meal, a website, paper crafts, jewelry, a story..... The creative flow of life is invigorating! I feel so blessed to be here now, fully aware of all the potential for joy.
This week I have been working on several projects. One that I mailed to Somerset. This is the first time I have entered anything. It is exciting to know that they have received my package by now. I hope they really like it. I have been creating Rolodex card collages for a swap over at PaperWhimsy. I have never done this before and it is very fun! Maybe even addictive! I also just mailed off a Tussie Mussie for another swap there. I am anxiously awaiting one in the mail for me! YaHOOOO! I will post a picture here of it when it arrives.
Well, I am off to learn more about blogging and to see if I can figure out how to add a video of how to make fab paper roses!
Have a blessed day!
