Paris in the Spring Time!

I have always wanted to visit Paris, and I came close to doing so last year....but alas, I did not actually get there. I have been dreaming of visiting the Louvre for years now, as well as antique/flea market shopping in France!
So this year is the year to do it! My husband and I are committed to visiting in the spring! I am very excited about this!
I made this gift box with the Eiffel Tower a few months ago and since the Theme Thursday for this week is "Paris", and since I am planning a trip there, I thought to post it today. I got the template from Clipmarks, and the small box from Walmart for less than $2. This was so fun to make!

  10. How exciting to get to see Paris. I was there ages ago (for one whole day!) and you'll be amazed and delighted and enchanted. The flea market was great (although expensive), the ETower is brown, and we drove around like Chevy Chase on Europeon Vacation!
    Love your piece...very romantic!

  19. Terri - it is a beautiful piece once again. I'm happy your goal is to go to Paris in the spring. I went several years ago in March. Keep in mind the MOST impressive event that I experienced: (it was a cool March) sitting in an outside cafe eating dinner and all of a SUDDEN lights lit up and the Eiffel Tower in all her beauty twinkled in the night time. GASP! I know you will feel the same when first seeing the lights. M
