I have been working away this past week on several projects for swaps. Above are parts of 6x8 fabric book pages for a journal page swap at Marie Antoinette Mail Art group. At first I thought I was never going to be able to do this. I do sew, but not a lot. I found though, that the more I did the easier it became and the more creative ideas I had. It turned out to be delightful work.

Hi Terri, I am like you, I do sew, but I only dabble in it LOL, but that's ok because this dress you made is wonderful, I went "wow" the minute I saw it, what a beautiful journal page :)
The bottom picture with the victorian dress made me swoon! It is just lovely~ But all the work here is! Makes me want to make a dress like that. I like to sew but am not as skilled as my grandma and mom were~ :)
This is beautiful work. So pretty and feminine. The dress is adorable.... I'd love to wear a dress like that!

These are wonderful too! One of my favorite of the Sommerset magazines is the "Marie" one. Love the dress that you've made!
