Christmas with Victoria Blog Party

Hello All
Welcome to the Christmas With Victoria blog party hosted by Kathy at Delightsome Life!

A Victoria Christmas to me is about Beauty and Delight, touched with romance and nostalgia.
I am sharing with you some pictures of festive spots around my house.

Christmas is a time to:

Embrace JOY

Find delight and beauty in the smallest things.
And breathe in the delicious aromas.

And sample all the delicious flavors.

"Christmas waves a magic wand over this world, and behold,
everything is softer and more beautiful."

Norman Vincent Peale

Christmas is a time for tea and stories.

For creating gifts from the heart to share with your loved ones and friends.

Christmas is a time for allowing the child in us to play.

To listen for the angels singing.

"I heard the bells on Christmas day; Their old familiar carols play,
And wild and sweet the word repeat
of peace on Earth, good-will to men!"

Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Most of all, Christmas is a time to be with your loved ones.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
May the Spirit of Christmas bring you unexpected JOY!

Please check out my free Vintage Holiday Banner Video.
It is a quick and easy project to bring Christmas Cheer.

Oh, and I can not forget to tell you, Betsy and Emma would like to say "Merry Christmas!"
Hugs to you All!
Terri

P.S. By the way, where do you get your Bottle Brush Trees? I can't seem to find any and I am dying to decorate a few.

Well, Betsy and Emma were the perfect photo to put at the end of your beautiful post. They make me smile everytime I see their little faces! Like frosting on a cake!

Don't you love the smell of Rosemary? I grow some every summer in a pot so I can use it in my cooking (on a pork roast ~ it's divine).

Angels and candy canes....books and lace and silver pots. Your home is a treasure trove of sweetness and Victorian delight.

Thanks for sharing and tell the girls Merry Christmas for me! Maybe an extra bisquit treat, too??

Hugs,
Jan
