Hello All!
I am having difficulty posting properly, commenting on others bloggers blogs and my "Followers" is missing. I have had e-mails saying you can not post, or become followers. I am really sorry. I am trying to resolve the issue by changing browsers, clearing the cache, checking pop up blockers, and I am going to try uninstalling Firefox.
Earlier today I could see Followers on Google Chrome, but not Firefox or Internet Explorer. Now I can not see it on Chrome either. Also, I could not sign in with Blogger on Firefox at all. Plus my blog page was double loading the sign in page at the same time.
UPDATE: Thank you for all your responses! I see there are many of us with the same issue. I am heartened that I can receive comments. That is a good sign! I have added a place to follow at the top right hand corner "Follow My Blog!" just click on it and even though my followers are missing you can still join in, Yay! I will let you know if I find anymore out.
(I tried three times to change the color of this paragraph, and even though in Compose it turns the right color, in my post it does not work....hmmmmm)
I thought I would check and see if any of you have these issues and have you found how to resolve them?
It is a lovely stormy day here, and I am going to give this computer stuff a good go.

This is all so annoying. It appears whatever we all do the results are the same......a mess.
ReplyDeleteI have similar issues. My Followers are missing, but only if I use Windows XP. On another computer with Vista for example I can see my Followers and those on other peoples blogs. I am also having problems leaving comments on some blogs. Google will make me sign in over and over again, but each time doesn't recognize me.
ReplyDeleteIt seems we are not alone with these problems, the issues are known to blogger and they are working on them. Just a shame that in my case it has been going on for a month and a half already!
I do hope a fix is found soon!

Yes Terri I have the same issues. so I thinking it's blogger and not an compute ot server issue.... let's hope that bloggg get moving and fix's it soon

Like Josje, I have 'issues, too. No Followers and when I am asked to sign in, it thinks I am from another planet!

I am having the same issues...rebooting my computer helps but not always! Let me know if you have an answer!!!

Blogger was terrible all day for me too...in Australia! They obviously need to do some serious work asap!

I've been having problems with blogger for the past few weeks, couldn't get on at all for a few days, then couldn't sign in. Managed to sort that one out by going in via my account and the dashboard. Now my list of followers have also disappeared. I'm assuming it's just something that the bods at blogger are trying to sort out and hopefully they will all reappear at some point.

Okay an friend say if you unclick the button that says stay sign in .. it will let you comment... I'm checking to see if my followers are back...also if you have the word verificate is seems to work.... Hugs wendy

I was almost a month without being able to upload anything, I lost part of my files and now the same thing happened to me but you. So we just have to wait to see if indeed there is some improvement for the affected users. Rosa Marie
ReplyDeleteI am having the same issues. I am going to sit tight and wait to see if they fix it. I really don't think it is the fault of anything I am running, history, cookies and so on. I think they are going to hav to resolve it.

ReplyDeleteMe too, but Blogger will eventually resolve this. My way of handling this, make a cup of tea and pursue many of the things I neglect when I spend time blogging, sometimes this means I take a much needed nap! Blessings to you Terri.~

ReplyDeleteApparently we're all having Blogger issues. I'm seeing reports of these kibnd of complaints all over blogland. I can't sign in to my blog the normal way and have to go round about to get in. I hope Blogger and Google get their act together soon.
ReplyDeleteI can leave comments everywhere without any problem. The only thing missing with my blog are the followers. SO hope Bloggers get with it, speed things up and leave us bloggers alone for at least half a century lol
ReplyDeleteNice to know I'm not alone, all my followers have disappeared as well but show as a number on my dashboard, so frustrating. Fingers crossed they resolve the problem soon. I still seem to be able to comment though.

ReplyDeleteI have noted that there are a lot having difficulty with followers, posting of late. My followers disappeared for a while - now they're back. Haven't seen who - Blogger or Google - is working on it - hopefully they'll get it straight!

ReplyDeleteI had problems about a week or so ago with posts and comments just disappearing and then the posts came back, but no comments! Sgh. I love this computer world we live in when it all works correctly, but it's so hard when it goes wonky!

Dearest Terri, The same thing has been happening to me since the Blogger crash. You can post your problems in Blogger help forum. Which I did and although some are taken care of others are still broken. ie followers, not being able to access dashboard, templates. I even lost a new blog I was creating.

ReplyDeleteFrustrating for sure. I'm having similar issues, particularly with commenting on other blogs. It keeps redirecting me to my sign in page...I hope this gets figured out as it all started when they did their update a few weeks ago and we were down for a few days.

I was quite surprised when I clicked onto one of the blog sites listed to enjoy the tea parties. It is marked "Linda". It is an R to X-rated site. I really don't need anything offered on her site. Just by looking at the opening. Thought you may like to be aware. Judy
