New Day

Hello All,
This is a little addition to my Tea Cup Tuesday from last night. Make sure you scroll down and see the china I am showing. I woke up with a good feeling and made myself this little Victorian Tea, which I enjoyed in my window seat of my art room. It is a gloomy day, and that was my most cheerful spot.

Here are a few pics of my Tea and dessert. I am on a healthy diet so my dessert is beautiful and healthful. It is made with millet. Can you believe that??? It is delicious (to me).

I had a lovely cup of Chamomile tea, which is my all time favorite.
Scroll below to see my Tea Cup Tuesday post.

And go see more Victorian Teas by clicking on the side bar button for it.
Hugs,
Terri

Such a beautiful cup!! I hope you are now feeling much better. I wish you would tell be about your millet dessert. Is it gluten free? I am always looking for gluten free things....but I try not to eat too many sweets ;-). Let me know kiddo. I am nannykim from the monkey business blog, but I have regular blogs too. You can leave a message on any or email me about your dessert!!

MILLET!?!?! Isn't that bird food?

Lovely nonetheless, Terri! Putting strawberries on top of anything makes it so yummy!

I hope you feel much better soon, Terri.

Your teacup collection includes the most exquisite cups. Many that I've never seen before. I love the tradition of afternoon tea. A peaceful interlude.

Your dessert sounds interesting. I recently adopted my little neice's parakeets, and they love millet. They'd sing you a pretty song, if you'd share!

Take care,

Lena

So beautiful. The dessert does not look like it has millet in it, what is your recipe?

The little tea vignette just made me smile. I hope you're feeling much better now!

I was also going to ask if this is a gluten free dessert. My daughter is trying out a lot of gluten free foods right now due to IBS, it looks delicious anyway, and I love a cup of chamomile tea :)

Hi Terry
Your tea looked gorgeous and the dessert really scrumptious and even better if it is healthy too.

I hope your flu is much better. Thank you for the lovely flower tutorial that started me off looking at your blog. Thank you for visiting the one I share with friends so we can craft together despite the distance between us. Isn't it amazing how crafting brings us together from all around the world?
